این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با استخر روباز در روستای اصفهانک واقع شده که با شهر اصفهان حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان میز بیلیارد، حیاط محوطه سازی شده، آلاچیق به همراه باربیکیو با میز و صندلی و زمین بازی با چمن مصنوعی در حیاط را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه حیاط، دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند، همچنین سوخت آن از طریق مخزن گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
