این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای سیاهدرویشان واقع شده است که با شهر صومعه سرا حدود 17 کیلومتر و با شهر رشت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود دو پله در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام می‌شود و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب فاقد درب و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
محوطه کلبه به سبک خانه های روستایی فاقد دروازه ورودی و دیوار است و به جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد، همچنین حیاط بصورت مشترک با میزبان و واحد دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، ضمنا در محوطه حیاط ساختمانی در حال ساخت‌وساز می‌باشد که در زمان حضور مهمان عملیات سازه انجام نمی شود.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله‌کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می‌باشد، لذا توصیه می‌شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 400 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به‌صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می‌باشد.
