این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با چشم انداز جنگلی، در محیطی کوهستانی در روستای پاقلعه با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شهرستان رامیان واقع شده است.
این ویلا با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه اول شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم پذیرایی، دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار گرفته است. لازم به ذکر است که این ویلا دارای سه اتاق بوده که یکی از اتاق ها به همراه حمام و سرویس ایرانی مجاور آن، قفل بوده و در اختیار مهمانان قرار نمی گیرد.
اطراف حیاط از یک طرف با دیوار و از سه طرف با فنس محصور می باشد و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، ویلا مجهز به دزدگیر شده است. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز وجود دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
