این کلبه کاهگلی در مجاورت 3 کلبه دیگر در محوطه 1600 متری در روستای دیورش واقع شده است که تا شهر توتکابن حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا شهر رودبار حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات کلبه می توان به آلاچیق در دل جنگل اشاره که می توان از فضای سبز آن لذت برد، در نظر داشته باشید آلاچیق بصورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
طراحی فضای داخلی کلبه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی و آشپزخانه می باشد و حمام با سرویس ایرانی اختصاصی در حیاط قرار دارد.
حیاط شیب دار و پلکانی مجموعه از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
گفتنی است کلبه فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت مصرفی آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر و 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
