The unit is situated on the ground floor of a two-story, 5-unit accommodation complex, featuring a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with an Iranian-style toilet. Shared amenities of this complex include a lobby, outdoor area, and a cafe located in the courtyard. The area surrounding the accommodation is enclosed by a wall, and a guard resides on the premises. The entrance gate and courtyard are also for shared use. Guests can access a supermarket and bakery for their daily necessities by traveling approximately one kilometer. Mobile network coverage is good for calls, and internet access is 4G for Irancell and 3G for Hamrah-e Aval. The access route to Alasht branches off from Firoozkooh Road. This mountainous road is steep, winding, and narrow in some sections.
