این سوئیت مبله یکخوابه مستر با حیاط دلباز در روستای سقی بن واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسوله حدود 10 کیلومتر و با شهر فومن حدود 22 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 21 پله در مجاورت یک واحد دیگر در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه یک اتاق خواب مستر به همراه سرویس ایرانی با حمام، بالکن و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
ساختمان بر روی شیب ملایم زمین بنا شده و اطراف حیاط با فنس محصور شده است، همچنین نماینده میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، لازم به ذکر است جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر امکان پذیر است و نانوایی نیز در فاصله حدود 4 کیلومتری از این اقامتگاه قرار دارد.
