این ویلای دوبلکس 5 خوابه که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در رودهن واقع شده که تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

این ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، سه اتاق خواب که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در طبقه دوم نشیمن به همراه میز بیلیارد، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق خواب مستر) و حمام با سرویس فرنگی قرار دارد، همچنین روف گاردن به همراه میز و صندلی در طبقه سوم تعبیه شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز با ورودی مجزا در حیاط پشتی سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
