این خانه روستایی یکخوابه با نمای کاهگلی در روستای آکرد واقع شده که با شهر نکا حدود 65 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین در ایوان ورودی یک اتاق جداگانه قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین میزبان نیز گاهی اوقات در طبقه بالای خانه سکونت دارد که در زمان حضور ایشان دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
