این خانه ویلایی دوبلکس دو خوابه استخردار در روستای فتاتو واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا و شهر خمام حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می شود و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی حیاط و درب ورودی ساختمان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. مهمانان در زمان حضور در اقامتگاه می توانند دوربین مشرف به درب ورودی ساختمان را خاموش نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
