این ویلا دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر می باشد در روستای ورکلا از توابع میاندرود واقع شده است که با شهر ساری حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر در حیاط و آلاچیق در پشت بام فضای مناسبی را برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
ویلا با دسترسی حدود 10 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر)، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 20 پله دیگر پشت بام مجهز به آلاچیق قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
