این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای لـله کا از توابع چوکام واقع شده است که با شهر خمام حدود 7 کیلومتر و با رشت حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز و صندلی در حیاط سرسبز و دلباز خانه فضای مناسبی را برای استفاده و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر ممکن است.
