این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای طالب دره واقع شده است که تا شهر شاندرمن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و در طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خوابه به همراه بالکن تعبیه شده است.
حیاط فاقد دیوار و فنس می باشد و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارند که حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
در نظر داشته باشید با توجه به تصاویر یک ساختمان نیمه کاره در حدود 100 متری کلبه در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در محوطه این واحد از طیور نگهداری می شود که تداعی گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود دو کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
