این خانه دو خوابه در کمربندی بهشهر به سمت خلیل شهر واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف خانه با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین طبقه دوم ساختمان خالی بوده و شخصی در آن سکونت ندارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری الی یک کیلومتری خانه استفاده نمایند.
