این سوئیت یکخوابه به همراه بالکنی دنج در روستای کهمان پایین واقع شده است که با شهر الشتر حدود 10 کیلومتر و با شهرستان سلسله حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این سوئیت با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی سوئیت شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام می باشد. لازم به ذکر است که سرویس ایرانی خارج از سوئیت و در بالکن قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با ساکنین طبقه همکف مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
با توجه به عدم وجود پله برای طبقه دوم و در حیاط واحد، حتما مراقب کودکان دلبندتان باشید.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر ممکن است.
