این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با فاصله حدود 250 متری از ساحل دریا در محله خط هشت واقع شده است که تا شهر چالوس حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی با سرویس فرنگی و طبقه دوم دارای دو اتاق خواب مستر، فوتبالدستی و بالکن دلباز می باشد، همچنین در طبقه آخر تراس دلباز مجهز به چتر باغی و میز و صندلی قرار دارد.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
