این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای نیاسته واقع شده است که با مرکز شهر رامسر حدود 2 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این کلبه می توان به جکوزی و حیاط دلباز درختکاری شده مجهز به آلاچیق و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و جکوزی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد، همچنین فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
