این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است به همراه استخر روباز در شهر زیبای رویان واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 350 متر فاصله دارد.

محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
