این خانه روستایی یکخوابه با ایوان دلباز در روستای کنسکوه واقع شده است که تا شهر نشتارود حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 9 پله یک اتاق خواب فاقد درب و تراس سراسری می باشد.
محوطه حیاط سرسبز از سه طرف با فنس و از طرف دیگر که چشم انداز رود باریک دارد فاقد فنس می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد و فاقد دروازه ورودی می باشد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در محوطه از طیور نگهداری می شود که تداعی گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود و یک سگ مهربان و وفادار در قسمتی از محوطه خانه زندگی می کند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 80 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
