این اتاق به همراه صبحانه و امکان قایق سواری رایگان در روستای گوراب لیشاوندان واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر تا شهر رشت و حدود 18 کیلومتر با شهر شفت فاصله دارد.
در این بومگردی سنتی یک برکه آب قرار دارد که امکان قایق سواری برای مهمانان گرامی بصورت رایگان فراهم می باشد تا از سکوت و طبیعت لذت ببرند.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه 6 واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای یک تخت دو نفره، مبل تخت خوابشو، یخچال، پکیج، اسپیلت و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است اما مهمانان گرامی می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک با هماهنگی قبلی استفاده نمایند، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید تلار به صورت مشترک با واحد مجاور استفاده می گردد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار محصور شده و طرف دیگر منتهی به برکه است و میزبان نیز در همین ساختمان سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
