این ویلا تریپلکس سه خوابه که دو اتاق آن مستر است با چشم انداز دریا در پلاک اول ساحل در نوشهر واقع شده است.

طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین استخر واقع شده است، در طبقه دوم دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، تراس دلباز و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه سوم سالن نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن با میز و صندلی قرار دارد.
