این سوئیت مبله در مجموعه ای 5 واحدی در جاده لاهیجان و روستای لیالستان واقع شده که با شهر لاهیجان و لنگرود حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در مجاورت چند سوئیت دیگر واقع شده و در محوطه حیاط میز و صندلی با باربیکیو و یک سرویس ایرانی تعبیه شده که بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده مهمانان قرار می گیرد، همچنین با فاصله چند قدمی از واحد یک رستوران و کافه پر طرفدار قرار گرفته است.
