این سوئیت یکخوابه با فاصله ای نزدیک از ایستگاه راه آهن در روستای گدوک واقع شده است که با شهر فیروزکوه حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سوئیت در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی سوئیت شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین با دسترسی حدود 9 پله مشترک به طبقه دوم و سپس با 11 پله گردان دیگر در طبقه سوم یک اتاق شاهنشین به همراه آشپزخانه قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان گاهی اوقات در طبقه دوم ساکن است، همچنین دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز ورودی کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. گفتنی است این ساختمان در فاصله حدود 200 متری مسجد قرار گرفته است.
