این ویلای سه خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در شهر محمودآباد واقع شده است که در چند قدمی ساحل قرار دارد.

مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 100 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
