این خانه روستایی دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز به همراه آتشدان در شهر ضیابر واقع شده است که تا تالاب نیلوفر انزلی حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می شود.
