این خانه مبله دو خوابه به همراه حوضچه آب گرم در روستای آبگرم لاریجان واقع شده است که تا شهر رینه لاریجان حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی آسانسور در طبقه چهار یک ساختمان شش طبقه شش واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی می شود و گفتنی است تنها حمام این واحد به همراه حوضچه آبگرم در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
اطراف هتل با دیوار محصور شده است و فاقد دروازه ورودی می باشد و میزبان در طبقه ششم سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه، پارکینگ و موتور خانه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
