این ویلا دو خوابه که هر دو خواب آن مستر است در کردزار و در شهرکی ویلایی واقع شده است که تا شهریار حدود 4کیلومتر و تا ورودی تهران حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی، آتشدان، آلاچیق و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در بعضی اوقات در اتاقک نگهبانی موجود در حیاط، حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
