این یکخوابه خانه مبله در چند قدمی برج تاریخی لاجیم در روستای لاجیم واقع شده است که تا شهر زیرآب حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 17 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، بالکن، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام مجزا می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید خانه یک اتاق خواب دیگر نیز دارد که قفل و غیرقابل استفاده برای مهمان است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در بعضی از ایام روز در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، ضمنا در فاصله نزدیک یک ساختمان نیمه ساز قرار دارد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در همسایگی این واحد از حیوانات اهلی و طیور نگهداری می شود.
