این خانه یکخوابه با فاصله حدود 20 متری از رودخانه در روستای کچا از توابع سراوان واقع شده است که حدود 30 کیلومتر با رشت فاصله دارد.
طراحی این واحد به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا (با دسترسی حدود 16 پله از خارج ساختمان) نشیمن، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و ایوان دنج قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف مجموعه از دو طرف با دیوار، یک طرف با فنس محصور شده و طرف دیگر منتهی به رودخانه و فاقد حصار است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی حدود دو کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
