این سوئیت دو خوابه مستر با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از حرم در شهر قم واقع شده است.
واحد به همراه آسانسور در طبقه زیر همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه 4 واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد 50 متری دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، اسپیلت، تلویزیون و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید مطابق با تصاویر واحد فاقد پنجره می باشد اما در اتاق خواب نورگیر تعبیه شده است.
