این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است به همراه استخر سرپوشیده در روستای خوش آب و هوای دوجمان واقع شده است که تا شهر چالوس حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، در نظر داشته باشید در فاصله نزدیک از ویلا یک ساختمان در حال ساخت و ساز قرار دارد.
