این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه بالکن دار در روستای تازه آباد واقع شده که تا ساحل دریا حدود 500 متر و تا شهر تالش حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی مجزا می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن و یک اتاق خواب بدون درب و بالکن قرار دارد، ضمنا تنها ورودی بالکن از اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار کوتاه و نرده محصور شده است، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی کلبه از طریق چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
