این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو اتاق آن مستر است به همراه استخر کوچک و روف با جکوزی و کلبه شیشه ای قرار گرفته در شهر رویان واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی ویلا می توان سیستم صوتی و میز فوتبال دستی را نام برد، همچنین در روف گاردن یک کلبه تمام شیشه ای با تخت دونفره، جکوزی و تاب برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم شده است.
در نظر داشته باشید یک استخر سرپوشیده کوچک به ابعاد 3 در 3 و عمق 1.4 الی 1.6 که دارای تصفیه خودکار می باشد جهت استفاده مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
