این کلبه چوبی با نمای شیشه ای و طراحی کانتینری با ایوانی رو به حیاطی درختکاری شده در جاده روستای کلنگستان واقع شده که با شهر ماسال حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی کلبه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در نیم طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد، لازم به ذکر است واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
در نظر داشته باشید که دسترسی به فضای خواب از طریق نردبانی که در کنار سرویس بهداشتی قرار گرفته ممکن است و با توجه به ارتفاع کم سقف، امکان استفاده از این فضا فقط بصورت نشسته یا خوابیده ممکن می باشد، همچنین طراح تخت بصورت ترامپولینی بوده و دارای فنر است.
محوطه حیاط از یک طرف با دیوار و از سه طرف دیگر به وسیله فنس محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است اقامتگاه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری است و سوخت مورد نیاز جهت پخت و پز به وسیله کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 30 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
