این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه به همراه تراس دلباز در روستای سیولیم واقع شده که تا شهر شیرگاه حدود 35 کیلومتر و تا شهر بابل حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه بر روی شیب زمین بنا شده و طراحی داخلی آن به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام می باشد در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب فاقد درب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه اطراف با فنس و پرچین محصور شده و میزبان نیز در محوطه حضور دارد و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر و فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 200 متر مسیر منتهی به کلبه جاده خاکی می باشد.
