این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای چپه زاد از توابع شاندرمن واقع شده است که با شهر ماسال حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی به صورت مستقل مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 600 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
