این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در یک مجموعه اقامتی در روستای دشت مشا واقع شده است که تا پیست آبعلی حدود 500 متر و با شهر رودهن حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 6 پله شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس فرنگی می شود، ضمنا ویلا فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
اطراف حیاط مجموعه با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. همچنین یک سگ مهربان و وفادار در محوطه مجموعه زندگی می کنند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 20 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 2 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 50 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
