این ویلا با نمای چوبی دارای باغی به وسعت 2500 متر همراه با درختان قدیمی و سایه دار، آلاچیق‌ های سنتی، چوبی و درختی، تاب باغی، پل چوبی، برکه‌ ای زیبا پر از ماهی‌ های قرمز و فضاهای جذاب جهت عکاسی و برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی می باشد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا میز بیلیارد، سه اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن دنج قرار دارد.
