این کلبه یکخوابه با صبحانه رایگان و ویو رودخانه در جوار چند کلبه دیگر در مجموعه ای جنگلی و در کنار رودخانه در جاده رویان به بلده واقع شده که با شهر نور حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

در زمان ورود مهمانان آب معدنی، چای و نسکافه به عنوان خوش آمدگویی تامین می گردد، همچنین بار سر برای یک شب در یخچال شارژ می گردد و شارژ مجدد آن با پرداخت هزینه امکانپذیر می باشد.
