این خانه دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است با چشم انداز بینظیر کوهستان در روستای سرسبز داریان واقع شده است که تا پاوه حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه چهار واحدی قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی خانه شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد. در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام خانه به همراه سرویس فرنگی در اتاق مستر قرار دارد.
اقوام میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارند، همچنین دروازه ورودی و راه پله به صورت مشترک با ساکنین طبقه سوم مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 400 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد، خانه مجهز به وای فای رایگان است.
