این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در نزدیکی بلوار کازینو شهر رامسر واقع شده که با پلاژ ساحلی و شهربازی رامسر حدود 1.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته ولی در طبقه بالا شخصی سکونت ندارد.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سرویس ایرانی در یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
