این خانه مبله دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در منطقه روستایی امامرود از توابع هچیرود واقع شده است که تا چالوس حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر در ویلا، میز بیلیارد در ایوان، میز و صندلی در حیاط فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این خانه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
