این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در شهر فرح آباد واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده و میز فوتبال دستی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه پایین شامل سالن با ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی می شود و در طبقه بالا پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با بالکن محصور شده است. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی نیمه ساز می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
