این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای پشت قلعه واقع شده است که تا شهر آبدانان حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام می شود و تنها سرویس ایرانی این واحد در حیاط تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، گفتنی است مسجد در فاصله حدود 200 متری این واحد قرار دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متری ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
