این خانه روستایی دو خوابه با تراس دلباز و طراحی اصیل در شهر خوانسار و منطقه منظریه واقع شده است که حدود 600 متر با آسیاب آبی این شهر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 7 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، ضمنا اتاق خواب ها به یکدیگر راه دارند که امکان قفل کردن آن وجود دارد.
محوطه حیاط فاقد دیوار و دروازه ورودی است و در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان نیمه کاره قرار دارد که شخصی در آن سکونت ندارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 10 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
