این کلبه چوبی یکخوابه با چشم انداز زیبای رودخانه و جنگل در روستای خوش آب و هوا گیجاو واقع شده است که تا شهر اسالم حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این کلبه با دسترسی حدود 17 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و بالکن با چشم انداز رودخانه می باشد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه از سه طرف با دیوار محصور شده و طرف دیگر در مجاورت رودخانه قرار گرفته است، همچنین میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد که ورودی و حیاط با ایشان و مهمانان واحد دیگر به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت در ایرانسل به صورت 4g و در همراه اول ضعیف می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
