این ویلا سه خوابه مستر در روستای سرسبز لات محله واقع شده است که با ورودی شهر رامسر حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود استخر سرپوشیده، حوضچه، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبالدستی، تاب ریلکسی، میز و صندلی باغی به همراه چتر آفتابگیر فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این اقامتگاه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر (حمام با سرویس ایرانی)، ورودی استخر و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب مستر (حمام با سرویس فرنگی) و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
