این ویلا دوبلکس یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز و آلاچیق در روستای دوستلات واقع شده است که با سد سنگر حدود یک کیلومتر و با شهر سیاهکل حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می‌شود و در طبقه ی بالا فضای نشیمن، اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، بالکن و آلاچیق قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت‌وساز می‌باشد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در همسایگی این واحد از حیوانات اهلی و طیور نگهداری می‌شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
