این خانه مبله دو خوابه با بالکن نقلی در مجاورت بازار سنتی در شهر پلکانی و توریستی ماسوله واقع شده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
