این ویلا با نمای چوبی و دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای طالب دره واقع شده است که تا شهر شاندرمن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آلاچیق و تاب درختی و محوطه درختکاری شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می شود و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با پرچین محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد، ضمنا در محوطه ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد که در زمان حضور مهمان در این واحد هیچ ساخت و سازی انجام نمی شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 2 کیلومتر ممکن است.
