این خانه دوبلکس دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای اتابک کتی واقع شده است که تا شهر آبسرد حدود 5 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 65 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آلاچیق، تاب و حیاط درختکاری شده شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمیها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی میشود و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، حمام و بالکن قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام این خانه در اتاق خواب قرار گرفته است،
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است همچنین خانه مجهز به استخر می باشد غیر فعال بوده و مهمانان گرامی امکان استفاده از آن را ندارند.
